Ooooo, Tonya romance. I ate at the Wolfgang Puck Chinois (sp) in Ceasars. Chinese and Sushi, very nice. Also a couple years ago I ate at Emerils, but I heard it is getting over rated. Oh 2 years ago we ate at a French Restuarant in Paris that was quite lovely and since it costs more, it wasn't as busy (at least when we were there). Ummmm, let me think about it. Oh we ate a nice seafood restaurant in the Rio that was also very lovely. I am sorry that I can't remember the names of all the restaurants. I will keep thinking for you!
Romance (Tonya's definition) - to spend a quiet evening, dressed up, with the one you love, have beared children with, been thru the tough times, to engage in meaningful conversation in a dark-lit room at a corner table...sharing a couple kisses, having my husband tell me he loves me.....
Romance (Todd's definition) - humoring his wife, by dressing in clothes that are uncomfortable and constricting, spending WAY too much money on food, and could have gotten just as good of a meal at Burger King, having to talk about things other than our kids, our ATV's or (heaven forbit) guns and hunting, in a room that he cannot see his food and an annoying violinist playing in the background.....

I'm going to Vegas in March as well (staying at NYNY hotel) so I was reading this article earlier today to get ideas.
It's all booked and I am sooo excited. The rates dropped today so we booked quickly. Yesterday we went to a travel agent friend to try to get some decent rates because we were having no luck. She could get us OK rates flying a charter out of Minneapolis. That's a 4 hour drive. We put it on hold there. SO this morning I checked and flying out of here dropped.... $60 cheaper than Minneapolis. So I booked it. And we got the Aladdin for $99.... Now we have to drop the one on hold. YAHHHH, I am soooo excited!

Hey Noelle... Just noticed you are in MN... the article clued me in on that one. I am in Central WI! HOWDY! Tonya is in Southern WI!!! Welcome to the 20 somethings!
So I've been offered a trial run at the law firm I applied to. I'll go in for 2 days next week, even though it was suppose to be my vacation week! The guys say I can work full-time during the summer and everything if I pass my trial!!! The fact is is that I am bilingual and I think that it helped me at least sort of get a feel for my profession. I am just a little nervous though!!! But still, I'll basically be the back up legal assistant and get my own cubicle and everything! I am so excited if this pans out. So I am still not sure of my other job. The weekend work is nice and all, but it would be cool to have my Sats/Sundays back to me But the pay at the law firm isn't that great (better than my retail job and quite a bit over minimum), so I will have to see.

I read about the russians vs that american figure skater hughes. I was totally with the judging. THat girl deserved to win!! But they want a gold for thier skater. SIgh, what is the world coming to?? They call it the "cold war" of the olympics.

Guess what?? I went out for supper to Boston Pizza & for the first time ever I actually planned what I was going to eat before I left!! Then I even stuck to it even though I was tempted not to! Then we went to the movies & I didn't have anything! Yay me! The best part of all is I did all of those things & I still managed to bank 1.5! Woohoo! Anyway just had to pop in to celebrate! I hope everyone else has a great weekend! I get to work tomorrow. The only good thing about working Saturday is that I'm usually busy so the day goes by really quickly.

Hi How is everyone today? I just got back from taking Alicia to school. I have the two younger ones home today so we are going to be "doing fun stuff today" (Thats what they tell me anyhow. ) I have stuff to do around the house today...laundty, dishes..ect.. I hope everyone is doing well.
