Great attitude Dianne. That isn't much of a gain. Go to the bathroom a couple of times and it is gone.
I love the Biggest Loser too. I wanted Betty Sue to stay. I didn't like her the first couple of weeks but she grew on me. Jillian cries this week and hugs Jay. I wonder what is going on. Love that show. I have seen everyone of them.

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday.

Terri - I believe next week the game changes from teams to everyone for themselves. So, its possible that Jay is gonna get voted off and Mark (his brother) is staying and that's why Jillian is hugging him? I'm just guessing.

Betty Sue grew on me too and she worked hard and had some attitude and feisty-ness, lol. I'm beginning not to like the yellow team mom and son too much - I think they're really scheming and last week it back fired because they were scheming to send the black team home, but the black team lost the most weight and gained immunity. I know it would be boring, but I wish they'd all just play the game fairly and not make alliances, etc. Anyway, I don't know yet who I'm hoping will stay, but I'm kind of hoping the yellow team mom will go, lol.

Oh, by the way, I did read that book "skipping Christmas", lol. I didn't think of that cause we'll probably just have everyone over the week before or for New Year's instead, but that's not a bad idea, lol.

Hi everyone Talk to you's soon.

Hugs,
Dianne

Dianne,
I loved that book.
I can't stand that mom and son. Did you see the young girls and them when Allison said the winner of the weight loss gets immunity. That was priceless.
I wouldn't not try to lose for anyone. Can't wait to watch!
Have a great day everyone!

Whoops Terri - I keep saying the yellow team - the mom and son are on the orange team! Anyway, you knew who I meant. The two friends (girls) - I think only one of them was in on the scheming, right? Because she lost 1 lb. and the other lost like 5 or 6. I think she was surprised when her friend just lost 1 lb. Willie has to tape it for me tonight - I have to work late Oh, well, something to look forward to for tomorrow night.

Hi Jen, Es, Sandy, Ruthie, ZoeGirl, Patty & Claudia

Talk to you's soon.

Hugs,
Dianne

Dianne,
I knew who you meant. Yeah the yellow team is the divorced couple. The team that I really don't like is the orange team. I hope Mark looks awesome at the end. They just don't like him. I like him. He does get intense and I know how I'd be with my sister. We love each other but we'd get into it.
Enjoy!

Wow, this has been been a quiet week! Mostly, I am trying to keep up with my 2 courses. The first thing the professor asked was whether we were procastinators. He said we could not get away with that in his class. The class is fun though, it is all about web graphic design.

I just wanted to pop-in to say my time on the treadmill is paying off. I weighed in and I am happy to report that I lost 1.1 lbs for a total of 3.7 so far. I am just focusing on 5 at a time. So I am almost there.

We are getting ready for the Superbowl on Sunday night.
Hope everyone has something fun planned this winter weekend,

Sandy

Sandy, Congrats on your loss and on taking it 5 lbs at a time. You are almost there and so fast. Great Job. The class sounds like fun.

I have been so NOT on program this week, its unbelievable! I had a really stressful week at work and worked two nights until 8:30 p.m. I came home starving and just eat whatever. Not good. I know I will face another gain tomorrow, but I'm gonna do just that - face it! And deal with it. I will get back on track tomorrow and get my butt to the gym too. I bought 2 dvd Biggest loser videos, vol 1 and 2. I'm gonna try that also. I just need to get my head back together - I'll do it!

Hi to Jen, Terri, Es, ZoeGirl, Ruthie I know you guys are football fans, so enjoy your sunday. All I know about the Giants is that they are a NY team, but unfortunately, I can't get excited about that, lol. Willie will go next door to Darren and Lizette's to watch the game and eat junk, lol. I'm staying far away from that - football and junk, Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Hugs,
Dianne

Dianne,
Enjoy your Sunday.
We have 1 of the Biggest Loser DVD's. We haven't been brave enough to attempt it. Let us know how it is. It is not 6 hrs. long is it?
It would take me 12 days to do that.

I lost .8 this week. That is 9.5 total so far. I want that 10.

Have a great Saturday & Sunday. We are going to Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries.
I have never been but I did taste a part of Britts. That was good. I only will use 2 points over my day. YAY!

TTYL,
Terri

Terri: congrats on the loss - wow, I didn't realize you were so close to the 10 lbs valentine's day goal you set. You'll do it!!! I gained .4 again, which I knew was coming. Now, I'm back on track.

I will try one of the Biggest Loser DVD's (I'll start with Vol 1 and see how that goes). Oh, my gosh, I hope its not 6 hrs. long, lol. 12 days to finish it, lololol! I'll let you know how good (or bad) it is.

Spent time with Alana and we went to see Gianna Rose today. She's really filling out and looking adorable. I think Alana's getting ideas, lol.

Hi everyone - have a great weekend.

Hugs,
Dianne

Dianne,
You have so much fun when it is time for Alana. I can't even imagine when Britts (after she is married) decides. I will be ecstatic. Something about your daughter having the baby. I'll bet that Gianna Rose is a baby doll. I'll bet there is a medicine ball involved in that video. I have seen what they make those people do with medicine balls. This should be funny when I try this DVD. It might be worthy of you tube.
Have a good rest of the weekend.
Terri

Terri: I opened up vol 1 today and it appears to be in sections. They have a 6 week program where you alternate workouts, like 1 & 3 are low (baloney, lol) intensity cardio and body sculpting and then 2 & 4 are high intensity and boot camp There's also a way to make your own program, by mixing and matching, so there's alot of different sessions to choose from. This morning I started the 6 week program, section 1, low (again I say BALONEY) intensity, lololol. It was good, a bit rough at times. Tomorrow I'll try section 3, the body sculpting. You're supposed to alternate the 4 sections for 6 days a week, x 6 weeks. We'll see how it goes.

Well I'm off to church. Hi to everybody. Enjoy your day, and I hope whatever team your rooting for wins........wait.........I guess that won't happen unless you're all rooting for the same team and they win I guess I should say a little "go giants" since I'm from NY, lololol.

Hugs,
Dianne

Dianne,
I had to take a nap after reading what the DVD was made of.
I think I will start one tomorrow. Brittany is not working so we will tackle it. We often laugh calories away when we attempt hard stuff. Good luck!!
I just found out that Bov was 43 years old. I told Bruce that (47) and he called him a few choice words.

Have a great and relaxing rest of your Sunday.

Hey everyone!!!!!!!

I guess I better get spell check. Yes, I meant Bob.

Sandy,
Sorry about the game.
