Having some great losses! I weigh everyday but forget to post over here sometimes! ;P Looks like a bunch of new Monday weighers here! Hi everyone! PM me if you all need any extra support! I've just started walking again...and I love it! I've been using my DS's IPOD and rocking out to the music and moving myself. I told myself that I would eventually have to exercise but that I could lose without it for awhile. Well, I started and I actually feel so much better due to the exercising! Yeah! And I think it's helping the next segment of pounds to fall! So stay motivated guys! Start fresh every hour! Don't ever say I blew it today...might as well continue! BAD BAD BAD thought! hahaha (used to be mine)

Consequently, I chickened out and couldn't bring myself to go and get weighed ... stupid I know! Anyway, went last week with my tail between my legs and was thankful that I'd actually remained the same
