I'll go first:
I want to lose 10 lbs by New Years Day. {1.6 lbs per week}
I will do this by getting back on track with WW, and WATP.
I commit to walking at least 1 mile per day with WATP, and staying OP with 38 points {nursing mom}. I will go to every WW meeting, even if it means an inconvience.
