Thumbs up How Much have you lost? How long have you been on WW?

Hi Ladies,

I need some Thursday motivation.

How much have you lost on WW and how long did it take you? i.e how long on the program.

I have been on the program since September 19th and lost 7 pounds. Went from 167 - 160. I have about 20 more to go and it is slow.

Thanks : T

Hey! I have been on ww for 12 weeks and have lost 35 lbs. Most importantly, I've gained control!!!!!! Some weeks I have "only" lost a pound, but it's still a pound. I want to lose another 40, so I have a long way to go. Don't get discouraged, it will be so worth it!

Hi Ladies!

I've been on Weight Watchers since September 7, and have lost a total of 21 lbs. At my first weigh in, I was 237 lbs. and I'm now down to 216 lbs.

Time2sing, don't get discouraged, a 7 lb. weight loss at 167 is great!! It's all relative to your body. You're doing a great job, just keep at it!!

I've been on WW since August 8th, and am down 35.8 pounds. And I agree, as Chantal stated, it's all relative to the amount you need to lose. Keep your chin up and keep trying!

I joined in early September and have only lost 13 lbs. I've done WW before and I always lost a lot faster. But I am sticking with it and trying not to get discouraged. Stay motivated! Some of my personal motivators are:

a. I have gained in any of the weeks I've gone. And I only stayed the same once.
b. I visualize the pounds I've lost as boxes of butter. It may sound stupid, but it's a good visual tool for me. Every time I go to the grocery store, I look at the butter boxes and think "Wow, I have lost 6 of those or 10 of those or 13 of those". I don't know - it works for me.
c. I set realistic goals. There are weeks where I know I have things going on and probably won't have a huge loss.

Good luck!

I have been on WW since October 5th. I have lost 21.6 lbs so far. Tonight is a big weigh in - I could get my 10% keychain if I lost 0.4 lbs or more. Here's hoping!!!
