Finally a little bit of a loss for me! Not as much as I'd like to see, but at least I'm moving in the right direction :P

Well I just weigh in for the 1st time and I lost 3.6 pds... I am sooo happy. I was so very nervous and almost did not go cuz of TOM but I did . I was happy I did not wait. Anyway , congrads to you all with losses. I thought I would like to lose 10 by xmas maybe it is still attainable.I really do not have much going on until the actual day of xmas. This is really motivating to me. Hopefully I will stick with this frame of mind. Good luck to you all

WHOO HOO Down 1 3/4 lb this week. I must be doing something right. I thought I was off track but I still had a loss. I'm so motivated. I really didn't believe that I could have successful weight loss during the holiday months and I am and do not feel deprived at all. I'm loving this new lifestyle a lot!

I'm hanging in there - met goal 1 - hit my 10lb award and have 4.2 lbs to go until my 15 lb award. I'm meeting goal 2 - 3-4 days a week at the gym. As for goal 3 (limit splurging to 1 day a week and politely declining treats) I'm doing pretty darned well at it. I won't lie, I've cheated more than once - but in general I'm doing well!
