Is it too late to join this thread. I would also like to loose 10 lbs by New Years. I've just started using my dust covered treadmill.

I'm not really following a plan just kinda trying to watch what I eat. Sorta trying the Sugar Busters thing but not 100%. We'll see how that works out.
My biggest problem right now is that I quit

about 4 weeks ago and now all I want to do is eat. I think I have gained atleast 5 lbs but I'm afraid to get on the scales so I've really got to get serious about the weight loss and I think ya'll are just the motivation I need.
I'm going to weigh tonight when I get home and we will see what my starting point is.
