Hiya!

Got a 30min walk in today. My goal is to at least walk 30 minutes EVERYday, NO MATTER WHAT. Hovering a little below the 140 mark and determined to hang on to that downturn over the weekend. I'll be working 3rd shift and trying not to morph into eating late--that's always deadly for me!

Today being the 10th, I'm reminding myself that there about 3 weeks left to the month and my goal is still to lose 5 lb. Gotta hang in there, gotta gotta GOTTA!!

Weekends are slower here. Where is everybody? Ipa glad to see you here and Christian - you changed your avatar - who is that in your picture?

Up early and getting ready for church. I didn't get that exercise video in last night as ended up going to the HS musical. It was Cinderella and so much fun. I did get all but one dairy of my 8 Healthy's in yesterday. Don't know why I'm struggling with the oils and dairy still.

How's your weekend going?

My weekend is very slow. It is DH's Sunday to work. So he has been gone most of the weekend. Good thing about him working on Sunday he gets the following Saturday and Sunday off. YAY.

Today is WI day. I have another 3 pounds forever gone. That makes my first 10%. Since I am doing WW at home with out the help of the offical WW programs I got my 10% keychain from Ebay. It should be here Monday or Tuesday. 30 pounds forever gone in 10 weeks. :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

Hmmmm,

I can tell around the boards here that we're having a pretty good weekend. That's SO encouraging!

Chris--I've only lost 5lb so far, but am sure that I can tell the difference. How great must it feel to have lost 10%?! Hope you get that keychain in GOLD!:D

Today I got in 45min and 3 miles with my tiniest [and fastest] doggy. That would be "Spanky the Flying Dog". She's a little 10 pound Irish Jack who runs around me in a 15 foot circle [the length of her leash] every step of the way. Tireless and enthusiastic--the perfect walking companion.

They announced a "Health Incentive" at work this week. If you can stay within 2 pounds of your starting weight from now until New Years Day, you get $125.00. I'm definitely going to give it a shot.

Tomorrow is Weigh In. 130's HERE I COME!!! :flow1:

Rose- Yes that is me, it is from my KOPS ( Keep Off Pounds Sencibly) graduation this past April, it was funny that my daughter said I needed to change the old one and that is the other pic I had available ;)

Thanks for all the congrats on my most recent loss. I am celebrating a NSV today. I have been wearing a size 26 jeans. I had to buy a belt to wear with them because they are too loss. Not that they would fall off but they don't ride where they need to. I have had a pair of size 26 Chic jeans that are more like a 24 or 22. I tried them on today and they fit. They are a tad on the tight side but not bad. YAY. I am so happy. I never thought I would get into them.

1-Run 5 days a week
2-Lift atleast 2 days
3-Journal EVERYTHING i eat and drink
4-Drink 128ozs of water a day
5-Post M-F
6-Stay within my points
7- Say something postive about myself everyday.
