Nov. Goals
 
Well this is a first for putting them down, but here goes...........

1. Lose 15lbs
2. Walk 2 miles a day
3. Do Tae Bo 3 days a week
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
5. Finally, notice a change in my pants size:D

Feel free to kick my bottom to keep me in line! ;)

15lbs Down :carrot: 10 lbs to go for my first 10%!:o

*Exercise 6 days a week
*Stay OP
*DRINK DRINK DRINK water
*Attend weekly meetings
*Come here daily (didn't do well on that one last month :o )
*Get all Christmas shopping done by Dec. 1!

I'm not able to afford the weekly meetings these days, but I need to get back OP. I lost over 30 pounds last year and I have gained back 5. Also I would like to see another 25 go away.

My goals are:
1) Getting completely back OP - JOURNAL, JOURNAL, JOURNAL
2) Working on the exercise plan from the trainer
3) Stop beating myself up for going up 5 pounds after a year of being at a stable weight

OK it's officially here, the 1st of November. Let's get those pudgy butts in gear (THOSE WHO HAVE PUDGY BUTTS) and get this weight off.

I am going to bed now so when I get up I am getting back OP. I WILL EXERCISE TODAY!!!!!!

Rose- I am with you....over the last weekend, I totally went off program, and I hate to say it but I had fun doing it....UNTIL I hit the scale that is YUCK!!!
But I am in the zone again today ;) And I just know this month will be even better than last for both of us, hang in there...I got your back :hug:
