Way to go, Boaterswife and Rosegarden. I am also about half way to my goal. It feels so good to be lossing weight. I have not yet had that moment where my clothes are too loose. They were way too tight when I started and now they fit me nicely. I can't wait for that moment when I can say I need a smaller size.

Hey everyone! I stayed the same this week....thank goodness lol becaue I had to eat @ Red Lobster 2 nights last week lol. I hope everyone's having a great week!

Everyone is doing such a great job!! I can't wait to see how many we have reach their goals, hopefully everyone!!!! Halloween is still a bit away, so we have plenty of time.

I am cautiously looking forward to WI on Friday. Part of me is excited to see what I am down since I have had a good week, but I had a small gain last week (.6), so I am nervous for another one. I know that I am being silly and just need to believe in the program and be patient.

Off to get some things done around here before football tonight.

I wish you well Friday for WI. I, too, hope everyone can make their goal. I had a bad day yesterday...only ended up using 7 Flex points, so I didn't do real bad. Hopefully I will do good Sunday...my WI day.

I have just started back to WW about a week ago. I was dieting before on my own, but decided to go back to WW for motivation.

My Halloween goal is to lose 10 pounds.

Welcome, Melody. I am doing WW at home. I love the idea of having smaller goals. It makes it easier to get to the bigger picture when you have little goals.

I agree on making smaller goals. Me, if I look at the huge total I get over welmed lmao. So I just look at it week to week. It really helps w/ my mind frame on it.

Welcome Melody! You are all doing such a great job! It is so encouraging! I had weigh in yesterday and lost 2 lbs. I am thrilled! I kinda expected the loss to slow down a little by now, but you are all keeping me a lot more focused. Thanks!!

Congrats to all! I've had a bit of success as well....
I weighed in yesterday and I lost 5lbs.....Im so excited!!! Since I've started about five weeks ago I ve been waiting for the week I'd lose more than 1 to 2 lbs......Only 6 more to lose to reach my Trick or Treat Goal!

OK, I am definitely doing the happy dance right now! Just got home from my meeting and I made my first 10%....my 10% from when I started ww at home, not with the meetings, but to me I know it's the first 10%!! WOO HOO!!!

Scale showed me down 2.4# this week, which also puts me on track for my personal trick or treat challenge. I'm so happy right now you can't wipe the grin off my face! :D

Hope everyone else's week went well, also, and that the one coming up is fabulous for all of us!

Hi all, everyone is doing great! I have got to weigh in on Monday, missed last week. Lifes been crazy, started a new job. So I will get it going w/ my wi on Mon.
I was wondering which plan everyone is doing core or flex?
I have been having issues when I dont eat protein- ( get a sick feeling)
Its werid, Like if I had a special k bar for break, then garden salad for lunch
I have never had this prob before, so I am not sure what going on! I was thinking maybe I should try core or just add protein to my flex meals!!
