Welcome all newbies and oldies...peeps how much do you need to lose? I highly reccomend a tracker as well! Stay motivated...the weekend can getcha...so I am gonna dance my beers off that I drink...or most of them anyway! Save lose flex points!

:smug: Hi Hildy I think I have about 40 to get back to goal I have not been to a meeting in a while. This week I am returning. I have so many beautiful clothes I want to get back into ! And I think you guy's sound so wonderful

Thanks bunches for the kind words AmyC and Stacynak! I wish I knew what I was doing! I guess portion control? I'm sticking to those points like super glue, and I refuse to miss a nightly walk. Friday nite (12 hours before my weigh-in, eek!) DH and I went out to dinner. Let's just say it wasn't as planned, we didn't leave our house until 9:30 p.m.. I had fish, FRIED!! but hadn't eaten almost all day so I knew I had the points to cover it. Anywho, got home at about 11:15 and DH asked what I was doing as he was getting ready for bed. I said "Time to walk!!" He couldn't believe we just got up from a meal, it was heading towards midnight, and I was going for a walk! Shocked the sh** out of him!

Something I noticed at dinner that night.....I ordered their Friday night special, which I have done MANY times over the years and eaten it ALL, tonight I cut everything in half before I started, and yep, I was totally comfortable and satisfied with 1/2!
