Good luck with your weigh-in, Hildy!

Re: winter clothes - I purposely wore heavy jeans and a blazer last week because I knew I'd be down a couple of pounds. I figure if I lighten up my wardrobe this week it'll help ensure a nice loss. Of course, that was before I used all my flex points over the weekend at various pot-luck parties I attended. Gah!

My weigh in was not so good this week.....I almost gained a pound.....(+.08). I did get out of line a couple of days....I've been beating myself up all day about it.....so now I'm just going to shake it off and do better...I know I can......

well girls it is the inevitable...jeans weigh more than skimpy shorts with no socks...I am up a pound but not at home...I stayed about the same so here is to next week and a fantastic cold season now that I have the winter clothes gain out of the way....goodluck and thanks for the support, oh yeah and have any of you looked at my link below to see what I used to look like...I am amazed at myself...pardon the pat on my own back, I am not there yet but well on my way!

Had my weekly weigh in, and I'm down 2 lbs! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary Saturday by indulging in a lovely, non-WW dinner, and I was thinking things could be a little dicey at weigh in. But, I've been busy painting the house, so I guess that helped! It's so encouraging reading your posts. Thanks!

Got to go - The Biggest Loser is on. Good Luck!

Hildy, good for you to get that winter clothes adjustment out of the way! I'm normally warm and wear summer clothes into October, so I'm not ready to give in yet!

On anther note, I have looked at your pictures....MANY times! I love to get inspiration from photos, and yours are fabulous. Every time I look at them I think I can do that too! Keep it up!!

I wanted to say that I made my Trick or Treat Challenge today! I'm down 11lbs! My ToT challenge was to lose 10.

Good morning! I did my weigh in this morning as we are getting a new roof tomorrow and I need to stay home. Down 1.8 pounds for the week. Not too bad I suppose since I had dinner at my Mom's last night and had to use a few flex points. I guess that would qualify it as a higher point day if I were doing the Wendy plan....so....I'll take my loss and be happy!

Hi, everyone. I am new to these boards, but am sooo excited to be here. I am Chris. I started back on the journey to loss weight a couple of weeks ago. I have a Halloween Challenge from another group that I am working on. Tomorrow is my WI and I am hoping for another loss. I am doing WW at home. I am disabled with fibromyalgia as well as a long list of ailments, which I won't bore you with. When I am able I bowl and walk on the treadmill. Can't wait to get to know everyone.

I am envious of you all WTG!!

boaterswife 09-23-2006 10:00 AM

Thanks Michele! I just wish I had went to a meeting right away when I started the WW at home.....my 10% goal with them is like another 17 pounds-ish! Ah well, I'm going to lose it either way, so that'll make my WW 10% all the more rewarding for me when it's actually like 15%!

Down 3 more lbs this week last week I was stalled but thank goodness I am seeing results again. Everyone seems to be doing great with this goal.
Keep up the good work everyone.
