If I take a regular apple, slice it and nuke it with cinnamon and splenda is it 1 point of 7? The book says a baked apple is 7. I didn't add anything with points. How do I count it?
You only count the apple. Baking doesn't add calories, the points listed are assuming you made the baked apple the traditional way with butter and brown sugar.
