Default Journal, Sunday - Sept. 2nd

Need to be really clear since I'm already off to a baaaad start.

However I did some major biking for me. 1 1/2 hrs. (eared 5 add'l Activity points ) -- carrying 6 activity + this 5 = 11 --

Morning (10.5)
cof - 1
oatmeal - 2, 1/4 banana - .5, bite bkfst burito - 1, 2/3 ham/chs croissant - 6

Midday (2)
98% fat free popcorn for movie - 2

Evening - (21)
1 martini - 2, escargot - 3, 1 c cream of watercress soup - 3
sword fish w/ caper sauce - 5, puree of zuchinni - 2, carrots - 0
bites from dessert plate - 6

total - 33.5 - 9 activity pts = 24.5

I've been on an eating/picking trend that doesn't seem to be stopping. This four day weekend is a killer!

b:
puffed wheat/raisins/almonds/milk 6
coffee

L:
turkey sand 2
pickle
soy nuts 2
grapes 1
1/2 choc castelet cookie 1

d:
leftover grilled chicken 5
leftover pasta salad 3.5
corn on cob 2

snack:
1/2 peach & 1/2 apple 1

total: 23.5

exercise: no can do with the injured leg

the 11th annual chile picking/first date w/DP trip to eastern washington

menu included
to start:
breakfast:
coffee
luna bar (shared) 3/3
iced latte thing 2/5
couple sips of DP's rocky road shake (this of course at 10:30 am) 2/7
lunch:
bbqued chicken breast w/really good sauce (pulled meat out of
breast) 4/11
couple bites of jambalaya 3/14
snack:
2 chocolate parrafin covered minidonuts (traditional) 3/17
1/2 luna bar 2/19
dinner:
fennel
chicken pot pie leftovers 5/24
part of energy bar 2/26
exercise: walking up and down pepper fields
run with dog in am, run with dog pm

vitamin: no,no

lala we still want to hear more about that chickpotpie...well, I also want to hear more about the rocky road milkshake too, but I guess the less I hear about it the less I'll want one...
