total: 26.5
no exercise today

grilled yellow squash - 1
1 tsp oil - 1
2 oz steak - 3

Evening (27.5)
cosmo martini - 4 1 glass wine - 2
appetizers - 7 bite bread - 1/2
chicken - 4 sauce - 3
pasta - 2 sauce - 3
chocolate - 1 bite cake - 1

Total: 38.5 - 5.5 = 33

need to drink lot of water
Exercise - 45 min bike = 2 pts

used up all avail banked and activity points

well, it wasn't as bad as i could imagine, but
it was a day that could not bear repeating.

breakfast:
low carb tortilla 3/3
1 tsp. peanut butter 2/5
coffee
snack:
greek salad w/feta 2/7
proscuitto 1/8
lunch:
myoplex lite w/milk 6/14
snack:
apricots and proscuitto 2/16
snack2:
pastry cream (well, it doesn't have cream in it
and it is milk based, so it must be good foryou? ) 2/18
dinner:
1 oz. wine
ravioli (7) 5/23
salad 1/24
bread 2/26
apricot tart (apricots, pastry cream, pate brisee) 8/34
exercise: dog run, dog walk total: 1 hour and
30 min. bike ride
