Wendie Plan Question
Hi Guys, I've just started WW and have been doing the Wendie Plan. Yesterday I did really well until about seven o'clock when I realized I was suppose to be a dinner party ( I forgot completely and had already eaten). So anyway I went to the party and rather than be good I ate a bit of this a bit of that. I'm not sure how to even begin to reconstruct the points.
So here is my question Yesterday I was suppose to have 25 points, today 39and then back to 24 tomorrow. Should I just switch the 25 point day for the 39 points to get back on track or do I need to do something different so that I don't mess up the amount of variety in points I'm having for the rest of te week?
