Hi I'm new here. I've been on WW for 5 weeks and have lost 7 1/2 pounds. It's hard work to take it off then keeping it off.

I was wondering if you have a weekly weigh in on this site? If not can we start one. (forgive me if there is already one here like I said I'm new here) I find having to write your weight down each weeks kinda keeps you in line

Well here I go I weighed in tonight and I weigh 272 1/2 down 2 pounds this past week.
