Hi all - damage control

turkey meatloaf (sm slice) 3/18
piece of cheese 2/20
snack i didn't need:
ice cream sandwich 4/24
blts 3/27
exercise: gym - weights and 30 min elliptical
dog walks -one down, one to go - done
vitamin: right now

hey there! Back on track with my journalling...gained the .8 that I lost the week before....

1 cup skim milk (2/12)
Steamed carrots, squash, zucchini (0/12)

WW 2 pt bar (2/19)

Water:
80 oz plus

Exercise:
3.5 mile walk at 5:45 this morning (yes, LM, I am still waking up early, so I've decided to make myself useful )

I weighed in today and lost .8 lb., which actually isn' t so bad considering the kind of day that I had Saturday. Hopefully I will have a better loss next week.
