Thought I would post my menu for today. I did it on the core board but wanted to do it here with my fellow flexers.
Breakfast
- Nothing. Slept in so went for an hour walk instead when I got up.
Lunch
- Whole wheat Kaiser Roll ( 4 points)
- 2 tsp light mayo ( 1 point)
- fat free ham ( 1 point)
- fat free cheese ( 1 point)
- lettuce ( 0 points)
Dinner or Supper I think.....will be....
- 4 ozs pork chop with shake N bake ( 7 points)
- 1 cup rice ( 4 points)
- 1 cup broccoli ( 0 points)
I am drinking my water and have already walked for an hour. This gives me 18 points but maybe I'll have a snack later like a glass of wine perhaps...
