Default WW sample menus

I just started WW and need help! Does anyone have any simple sample menus that I can have as a guideline? I am using a friends books and am not able to actually join WW for this support. Thank you so very much!

At www.weightwatchers.com you can join there message boards and also use other things (very limited though) on there site too for free. I also cannot afford (nor can I travel that far) the meetings either. Do you know you can do WW online? It is like $17.00 a month!!! And you get EVERYTHING!!! It is awesome!! Lots of awesome tools that are very helpful as well as recipes and much more!! Very much worth the money!!!

Sorry I could not help more.

Winning points is another chapter (like) for WW. For example... with south beach you have phase 1 and 2 and so on. WW has several different versions of there diet. One of there older versions was called winning points which is now called flex points which used to be called 123. I hope that explains it.

Mary, I think you wanted people to post what THEY are actually eating vs. post what WW or some other program has suggested? Is that so?
If so, I would like to be part of this group as I want to fast track my weight loss. I want to post what my food diary is and my results.
Can you clarify?
Linda in New Hampshire with a HUGE black tie occasion coming up in September and wanting to lose about 10 pound before mid-September, I can do it!!!!!

Linda, I think she was looking for some samples of a normal day of menus from WW. This way she had some idea of what to eat etc.

OK, I was hoping that she wanted to begin a daily food log kind of thread. Maybe I need to start one? : )
If some of us share what we are eating, and journal on line with each other, basically, we can share ideas and SUCCESS!!! I need to be responsible to someone about my journalling, I think, to keep on track???

If you want to see my food log it is at http://crazyadventures.blogspot.com/ I am nursing the baby, so I get 34 pts a day. If you see anything you want the recipe for, just let me know.

Sarah, I just read you blog and commend you for being so good at writing this all down. You posted on my other thread and neglected to mention the milks you are drinking, sorry I came down on you a bit for not drinking milk! I just saw that you were nursing and then didn't see milk until I looked at your blog.
If I were more computer literate, I'd create something like that for myself perhaps? But, I am writing in my WW journal and trying hard to use this web site to help me along.
Keep up the good work!
Loved what you said about naptime, by the way!
