Hi All...I too have been away for a while....computer problems. Still lovin' this board. Much inspiration going on....and Sherry Way To Go!!! 4 lbs Wow-wee!!!!!!!
I have had some bad times of late....had a decent well somewhat decent week. I have been battleing Core and Flex so long that finally and FINALLY I have given up Core....NO can do, just can't and don't want to.
So anyway about my week.....w/i down only 0.1 but IT was after all a MINUS!!!

Could have been the Chinese food and ice cream the night before
So I am very Ok with the weight in.
As for the WW pasta, yes the barilla is good, but if any one is going to do Core it is not a core item. (well not yet

Saturday starts my new week so here I go with all the best of intentions and I feel confident that each day will be good. I was considering changing my W/I to Thursday ONLY because after a LONG stressful week at work I like to indulge

on Friday night, but weaning my way off of NOT going to W/I on Saturday may be hard. I'll think more about that one!! I must however do some exercise so I might get out my WATP tapes.
