Talking Flexercisers! I exercised today!

Just thought I would start a daily exercise thread for anyone on this board who wants to challenge themselves and/or get some inspiration to exercise daily

Exercise can range from taking your dog for a walk, playing with your kids in the park, taking the stairs at work, going to a class or gym - every little bit counts!

WAHOOOOOOOO FOR YOU! Keep up the great job! I too got up and did my exercise....35 mins walk today. It is such a habit that I cant NOT do it! Yesterday I met my goal of 10000 steps (I am going day by day) -whether I get that today...who will know. But the big thing is I succeeded in my daily walk (which gave me another 1.5 points wooohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooo)
Ok, I need to go fold clothes....Be back later!

good going kelly!

I did 30 minutes of pilates this morning, a 30 minute walk at lunch time.

I may do some gardening tonight if it is not too hot (and if we don't get a thunderstorm )

I did 30 min biking back and forth to my art class, and 25 min walking the dog in the evening. I leave for camping this weekend, which means lots of swimming, hiking, biking and canoeing. Can't wait!

Does fighting with DH count??? I sure feel drained. But, we get to make up later. I KNOW that counts as exercise.

Okay. In addition to I also walked a mile. I jogged across the street and kept jogging for a bit. Quite proud of me.

Hope you're inspired, Sherry!

This weekend I did the normal stuff and yesterday we went to a waterpark for a few hours....today I kicked it up and did 45 mins w/some jogging mixed in and some leg exercises. Tomorrow I will do the same. I have decided to meet a 45 mins/day requirement since I have been doing 30/day for almost 4 mos.
