Just getting started

  • Hi everyone,

    New here and starting up WW once again. I have been succesful at it in the past, but stoped twice for pregnancies. I am at my highest weight ever now so I feel it's definitively time to do something about it. I want to feel confortable in my clothes again and not as self-conscious.

    My first weight in is tommorrow

    If anybody is starting up and would like to buddy up let me know!
  • I hope your weigh in tomorrow goes well. I started WW almost 2 weeks ago now. I have my second weigh in on Friday. My first week I did great. Everything I was suppose to do. But no loss. I am sticking with it though. Not giving up. It will come off.

    Are you doing flex or core?

    I would love to have a ww buddy. I think it would really help me. Keep in touch. Hope your weigh in goes great!!!

    Congrats on doing well! The important is definitively sticking to it! When I eat well and it doesn't show on the scale, it usually shows up the next week with a big loss. Hope it's the same for you.

    It was the first time I went to get weigh so the begginning of my first official week. It was a bit scary since I was afraid to go back and get weight in front of them. But I went ok and I stayed for the meeting and was encouraged.

    I'm using the flex points, and following it, but I'm still hungry a lot of times, so I'm hoping that by sticking to it my body will get use to these new portion size.

    How did your weigh in go tonight?
