Hi everyone,

I'm new to this website. It looks like a great place and I'm hoping to get to know people and be part of the group.

I've been doing WW since October and have lost 20 pounds. I was down 25, but regained on a recent business trip (It's mostly water weight, but I'm pretty sure there are two actual regained pounds in there!). Business travel is my biggest challenge. I know how to eat well on the road, it just seems like I totally lose my motivation to do so. Luckily, I don't travel all the time, but the occasional trips I do take tend to set me back a couple of weeks to get to where I was when I started. Oh well, just a challenge I'll have to work on.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and to supporting and being supported.
