Hello. I am new to this board/site and wondered if anyone here has combined Weight Watchers and Southbeach? If so, how has it worked for you? My daughter and I are both yoyo dieters and have "waffled" between the 2 diets getting nowhere fast. We both really like the flexibility of WW and the good carb eating of SB. Any thoughts?

There are a couple of people on the Core board that are doing this. I don't know how familiar you are with the Core plan, but it bears a pretty strong resemblance to South Beach Phase II in a lot of ways.

Jump over to "WW Core Board" and that is the new arm to W/W (no points counting, no portions, some limitations) and it is very similiar to SBD.

I just want to add if you want to count points eating the way SBD shows (which is what W/W intends for the program to be used like --- healthy foods with the flexibility of convenince meals and dining out with some snacks as necessary) is very doable.
