we have less than 2 weeks till the new year, so i thought i would go ahead and post this , so anyone who wants to join can do so in time..
for january i am going to challenge myself to :
atleast 40 miles WATP for the month
80 oz of water a day
stay on WW plan
loose 8 - 10 pounds for the month
