I have not been eating my AP's, but i drink a lot of water. I try to vary and mix up my exercise routine. However, this is weight i lost then gained back. I am just feeling so frustrated! Is there anything i could do to boost my loss. I thought not eating the AP's would help, but it hasnt been. When i get discouraged, i just give up and end up eating sooo much. I have been trying to avoid that. Thanks for you advice and encouragement!
