Susan - I have a similar problem - wanting to eat anything that's not nailed down when I get home from work. DH doesn't get home for about an hour so I have time on my hands. What I have been doing, thanks to Dr. Phil, is coming upstairs immediately after I get home and reading the boards - this one and Dotti's. When my husband gets home, I fix us a quick dinner - weeknights we keep as simple as possible - leftovers, frozen dinners, cheese soup, veg soup. Replacing the behaviour with an incompatable behaviour I think is what he called it. I have the audiotape of his Strategies book and listen to it every time I'm in the car. I'm on my second go around. He doesn't cut us any slack, does he.
