Default Anyone doing Fast Track?

Hi
I'm thinking of doing the fast track plan. Well, I did it today and was successful so far, only 13 more to go Just some questions. Are you using the food guide that came with the DVD, or are you making your own and just sticking to the 20 points? If you are done a week or two, how has it worked for you? Were you successful?
Thanks
Diana

The people who are losing well are doing just what the diet says. Not making it up as they go along. The ones I know using it have lost between 3 and 7 pounds the first week and about 2-3 the second. They have all said they spent much time planning the menu for the week!

It's a kickstart program where you can only have 20 points per day and no flex or activity points. There was a menu that goes wit hit and you can chose off the menu. That's what I was wondering about, if I have to use their menu or if I can make my own 20 point menu.

Hey, Diana! I think that after I get the materials for Fast Track tomorrow I will try it too. How is it going? Do you think I can do it without affecting my milk supply?

Tara, I think it is way too low points for your milk supply. You don't want to be messing with that Ask your leader what she things though, she may know differently. Good luck tomorrow!

Thanks, Diana! I will have to look at the fast track program myself and see. If it is just doing 20 pts the first few days, I could add the bonus nursing pts and do it that way. I will see!

Default Give it a try!

I began WW 3 weeks ago, and did the higher protein version for 1 week, as written. I lost 8.5 pounds, and had a tremendous amount of energy. The next week, I began the regular program, but intend to do the FT once in awhile to boost my loss. Keep in mind that the more you have to lose, the greater your initial loss will probably be.

Can you explain to me what Fast Track is? How long do you do it for? I'm not too clear on it all. Thanks!

Hi
I described it a bit higher on this thread. But I failed to say that you do it for 1-2 weeks and at least 6 months between times so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode.
Hope this helps,
Diana

Thank you.. I should have made myself clear also. I read the post, but didn't know how long you do it for.

Thanks again!
