Hi everyone... I need help on low fat-low point snacks that I can have at my desk during the day at work. I am definately a nibbler and if I don't have anything healthy in front of me I will snack at the candy jar at our front desk. I am NOT a veggie or fruit person, I have an apple for breakfast and a banana before I go to the gym, and a salad at lunch... I need something different and tasty to have for snacking!! I love to bake so that's not a problem, I just need it to beable to sit in a basket on my desk all day and not go bad...
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am partial to crunch corn chex. 1.5 cups for 2 pts or maybe 3, I can't remember. Good stuff.
I am also partial to cheerios with either the berries or just plain. I find if I eat cereal dry I eat less and much slower.

Great Idea of the cereal, I will have to do some point calculations... Thanks!!!!
I keep pickles, fat free yougart and salsa in the fridge at work at all times. Baked tostitos are the best things ever made! And salsa is no points! Anyway with these three I can take care of whatever craving Im having salty or sweet. Also, popcorn, some of the light ones are like 3 points for the whole bag. Can you tell Im a big snacker?
How about popping some of your own popcorn in the microwave using a microwave popper? 3cups=1point if you don't add butter. I like WW's 2point bars. Even though they are small, when I drink a big glass of water or diet soda with it, I get really full.
How about carrying a small vinyl bag with an icepack in it? Then you can have foods that need refrigeration right at your desk? Loads of good ones then. For example LF
string cheese. The ones I buy are 1 point. Lite Laughing Cow is only 1point per wedge. How about hard boiled eggs? You can peel them at home, pop out the yolk and toss it away and eat three egg whites for 1 point. Do you have a microwave? If so, how about an oatmeal packet? Or Diet Cocoa Mix?
I also like Wow chips and Quakes. They don't need refrigeration or a microwave and are really tasty. Good luck! Hope this helps.
