fig newtons (4)

Supper
1c. oj
1c. milk
1 sl.toast,
1egg
1tsp margarine

Hiya firebird,

eating a bit better today, but really down, so its not easy.

breakfast:
one piece of cinnamon bread 3
peanut butter 2
coffee

lunch:
latte 2
just 2 pts bar 2

dinner/supper:
roast pork loin
greens
delicata squash roasted

snack:
who knows, pear with caramel?

exercise: sadly none today
water: sadly none today
motivation: sadly, none today
disgust at java professors homework: lots today!
vitamin: si,si
