Breakfast

2 sl whole wheat toast
1 tsp jam
2 poached eggs
1/2 c. oj
2 sl bacon
1 coffee w/milk

total - 13 pts

Lunch
Thai noodles with veggies and tofu
Magic Cocoa

total - 7 pts

Supper
6 inch roastbeef sub w/w swiss cheese, veggies
1 sm. bag baked lays

total - 12

Grand total 32

Exercise - 1hr. walking, 1hr goofing around in pool w/ DD

Hiya Firebird,

Bad day for me, must learn to be more assertive.

breakfast:
coffee and two tj's little cookies 1/1

lunch:
crackers 2
cheese 3/6

other lunch:
shrimp louie w/dressing 12/18)

snack:
just 2 pts bar 2/20

dinner:
some sort of abstemious vegetable matter--

roasted red pepper soup thankyou! No enchiladas for me!

2/22

bad choice again:
a couple of bites of piroshky from my neighbor 4/26

exercise: yup, 4 activity points worth, gym and 1.5 hours yard work
water-- 4 glasses so far
vitaminL si,si

flex points abused-- at least 2 Much better, I think
