Kimberly, I remember you! because of your oh-so-pretty avatar pic (sorry if that sounds creepy, lol) and I remember being jealous of how good you looked at 160.

I'm so sorry you're struggling, it does suck! I think going for a group meeting is a great idea.

I've identified that i have anger issues that make me want to either hurt myself (not literally, I mean hurt my weight loss efforts) or hurt the one who is making me angry (my DH; that is a looking at porn issue; and maybe I'll quit my efforts to look okay and just slide into being a blob wife for him)

KimberlyP--- You are such an inspiration. And you are still at a great place in your success. I cant wait to be where you are. And I know I would feel so scared too if I were you. I think the trick to feeling in control is logging my food. When I don't log I don't loose. I lost 50lbs also and gained them after I stopped logging. I also was on Zoloft. Zoloft helps you regulate your emotions keeps the low lows at medium and the high highs at medium. But its a band aid. It keeps you from feeling emotions strongly. But the emotions have to be expressed some how. Your body is screaming out and its doing it thru food. Try to get back on tracking your points. It will help you feel in control again. Good luck, I know you will succeed!!!!!
