Silver Hills Bakery. They do a ton of great whole grain breads. I prefer Little Big Bread, whole grain thinly sliced. The most important part of this bread for me is that it's vegan. No egg or milk ingredients keeps my conscience clear .

rye bread, or whole wheat. I sometimes make a sanwhich with some fruit if I need a quick meal (usually for lunch)

I like silver hills. I rotate Between max flax, little big brea and steady eddy (flourless). They also make a gluten free version of max flax if that's your thing. Each adds up to about 3 pt but is full of healthy grains.

I eat whole wheat sandwich thins from Costco. It's three points for the entire bun and doesn't mess with my blood sugar the way that white bread does. I
