Terri - sounds like you are going great - good for you. And you must have the lushest looking yard on your block!!! I've got to get mine mowed tomorrow. Thank goodness for the rain so I don't have to worry about the watering schedule yet. We will of course have internet, DH needs it so he can work from home. I have to call up the cable modem folks in Bend to get things rolling. We hope to have no down time at all, except for what it takes to ge the computers back up and running.

Things aren't so good for me. Had a big 3 lb gain at WI this morning, think the wine over the weekend had something to do with that, as well as having problems getting back to my exercise routine. But I have patience and know I will get there.

I have to be very alert, though, and focused. This is the point where things tend to start falling apart for me. Back in '89 I lost 55 lbs, but went off and gained everything back. In '98 it was 63.5, but went off and gained back, last year was about 42 lbs, same thing. Now I'm at the 45-lb mark and I'm starting to slip once again. It seems to have more to do with the amount of weight lost than time on WW since the time varied quite a bit those other times. Anyway, I am using the nutritional software each night to plan the next day's menu. I post that on the fridge and follow it to the letter. Once I feel under control again I'll go back to my carefree self of not planning (though always journaling). At least I know this about myself and am finally going to be proactive about it!!!

Oh, gonna wait till WI next week to change my stats. Don't want to dwell on anything negative (unless it's a loss).

Jen & Cyn -

I'll be away for a few days because my father-in-law passed away yesterday. I'll probably be back mid-week.

Take care!

Terri, I'm sorry to hear about your sad news. :-(

We had our store opening yesterday and it went well. Slow, but steady; lots of interest. I've got a schedule of classes already planned - we'll see how that pans out.

I'm tired this evening but have the next two days off. :-)

(Short, but I did want to come by before collapsing into a bath...)
