Is anyone intereste in a weekly exercise challenge?

I am hoping to post my intentions for the week and have a suport group to follow and post too.

lets burn the points and earn some more!

Sounds good to me- when do we start? It's basically a competition with ourselves to
meet our own goals for the week, right? Let's do it! Tomorrow I plan to do one hour
of cardio at the gym, 50 abs, and go on two 20 minute walks.
I need to get back on the program, this is a great idea!

I joined the self challenge.
Tomorrow I intend to do
60 Min cardio,
20 min weights and
10 min sreach
