  • I don't quite get the "Message Icon" part of this new site. I am determined to stay OP today. I can do it for just one day out of my life, right? And then, maybe (hopefully) I can string a few OP days together and get totally back on track and back into a healthy eating routine. Here goes!...

    Exercise: 30 min (7.5 miles) on stationary bike; 100 situps
  • Breakfast: instant butter grits [3/3]

    Snack: Coffee [1/4]

    Lunch: Crockpot Lasagne [6/10]

    Snack: Rice Krispie Treat [3/13], diet Pepsi [3/13]

    Dinner: ??

    Excercise: 1 hour of tennis drills

  • AustinGal- are you having problems lately too? My grandma passed away last week and between that and other stress I ended up having 3 days that were more than 100 pts. I also missed 3 days at the gym, and tomorrow is my meeting. I don't have to weigh in, but I think I will just to see what damage has been done to my poor body! I felt physically ill I ate so much- but kept going anyway.
    I am ready to be back on track!!!!
