I have a similar hair cut to that picture as well, Tudor. Well, right now, it's grown out a bit because I'm still in the "school" haircut mode. I'm a teacher and still get "back to school" haircuts and whatnot. With summer break coming up quick, it's just easier to let the hair get to about shoulder length and then I can put it in a ponytail for the gym. But I love the shorter in the back/angled longer in front cut for my curls.

My hairdresser also specializes in curly/wavy hair and she's awesome!! I usually just sit down and tell her to do whatever she wants. LOL

first off welcome cheryl! Those few pesky pounds will be gone in no time dont sweat it you just needed to refocus on the lifestyle

Tudor I love the cut and only wish my red hair had some curl I have to keep my hair shoulder length or shorter since it is fine (can you believe that?) and is thin. So I wear it either with lots of layers and short short or shoulder length and a few long layers....either way I have my curling iron as my best friend.

Well still no gym time for me I see the dr. on monday and I hope my hand/wrist are healed enough to take this splint off but food wise I am doing ok booya lol

Has anyone tried this website, emilybites dot com?

It's really great, she creates her own recipes and adapts others to fit the WW points plus system.

The pictures of the food are beautiful - food porn! And the recipes are different - meatloaf muffins, zuccini tots, etc. You can search or browse by meal, breakfast, desserts etc.

There are several recipes I'm going to try, I'll post the results.

I just got through week one of WW. I can honetly say I only stuck to it about 2-3 days. So, I only lost one pound. But hey every pound counts right? This is a new week though! I am starting to refocus again and I feel good about it.

Tudor, I love the hair cut. As a Cosmetologist myself I truly think that hair style is a universal one. It looks good on most people, IMO. And it will still look nice with the waves as long as they don't cut it too short around your face especially.

Tomorrow is my WI. Got my fingers crossed. Actually I peeked at my weight yesterday and dropped 3 lbs. Was happy but I know its not official until tomorrow. So hopefully it stays the same for tomorrow. And I did good couple of days and never did go over my DP. That was my promise because start of my week was bad. Almost used up half of my WP and that was just the 1st day. So this 6 days I stayed within my DP. Well see and keep you guys updated

Weigh in was pretty good for me this morning....down 1.4!!! I am only .6 away from 40 pounds total lost (on WW). I have been here before about a month ago and have been fighting my way back down since then. I am motivated to keep going and actually get out of these stupid 170's hopefully once and for all!!!!

Kind of a rough couple of weeks. I had a huge drop of 7 lbs four weeks ago and, as suspected, it jumped way back up the next WI (through no fault of my own, I might add) and have spent the ensuing weeks trying to get back down to where I was a month ago. And last week I spent 3 days eating like there was no tomorrow. Yesterday my sister and I drove to San Antonio and ate (again like there was no tomorrow). But I still managed to come in within points! (plus maybe a weekly point or 3). Anyway, back onto the horse I go. I *hate* those big drops.
