Hello everyone
Last week I was very happy with my exercise. I took some short walks, and am getting moving nicely.
I am definitely looking forward to continuing that this week.
I am running low on health options in the house, so it's time for a big shopping trip.
Last week, pizza was on the menu for one dinner, but I ordered a salad with it, so I felt full on that big salad and a couple slices of pizza. Sooooo much better than just pizza alone.
This week... hmm. Continue the good stuff. More veggies. Keep moving!
