Talking WW MM CHALLENGE! May/June - Week 2!

Welcome to Week 2 of the WW MM CHALLENGE for May & June

The first week is complete. We've weighed-in, we've set some goals, now it's down to the good stuff... doing what we've planned

Hello everyone

Last week I was very happy with my exercise. I took some short walks, and am getting moving nicely.

I am definitely looking forward to continuing that this week.

I am running low on health options in the house, so it's time for a big shopping trip.

Last week, pizza was on the menu for one dinner, but I ordered a salad with it, so I felt full on that big salad and a couple slices of pizza. Sooooo much better than just pizza alone.

This week... hmm. Continue the good stuff. More veggies. Keep moving!

well chicks last week started out good but of course the weekend did me in --- again but I did manage a small loss so it is ok.

This week hit the gym and plan better for the weekend.

I will pop in here later this week to see how everyone did

I managed to lose about .5 pounds this week although I'm not sure how. I'll take i though and consider myself lucky!

I know you are a week into the challenge but a would like to join.... My goal for the next two months is log everything that goes in my mouth....I need that accountability. No more late night snacking. Also make it to the gym 5 days a week. Weight wise I think will take care of itself if I do all the things I am planning, but I would like to see a 1-2 lb loss each week.

I will get a ticker on my sig pretty soon....

I finally went through a whoosh!!! My weight has not been cooperating no matter what the past 2-3 weeks and this morning I was back down to where I was those weeks ago after a significant drop overnight. Thank god....I was getting very frustrated!!!

WW Weigh In is tomorrow morning....so we'll see how it works again

This week has been like the bad news bears I weighed this am and am up 3lb I have missed the gym because of work and thur I fell hard on the sidewalk so friday I go to the er to check my wrist -- it is not broken but now am in a splint so exercise on the elliptical is out for awhile. Plus I have had to work some crazy hours/locations so my eating has been off plan..grrr I want things to go back to normal
