Default Activity Points Question

I need help! I do WW at home so I don't have a leader to ask. When you earn APs how do you add them to your points range? Do you add to your maximum points range or does your range shift on both ends. My range w/o APs is 20-25. I typically earn 3 APs a day. What would my range be with the APs? I usually eat at my maximum.

THANKS for your help!!

Default

To both ends if you eat them or just the high end if you bank them is what my leader recommends.

For example 20-25 range...my leader says you should eat a minimum of 23 however you only need to eat the minimum 20 points. So if you eat 23 then you would bank 5 points for the day...if you eat 20 then you would bank 5 points from food and 3 from activity.
