Hey Roxy! Good luck at WW. I have been doing it for one year and I have ups and downs but it is important to stick with it. One main thing I have learned is that one day can't ruin everything, just like the weight didn't come on all in one day (it sure does seem like it tho huh?!). Basically what I mean is if you are having a birthday party and there will be cake and ice cream, it is ok to have a small slice of cake and a small scoop of ice cream. I don't follow points much, I can't remember all that stuff, but a lot of it is pretty obvious. I mean, a snickers bar is a lot of points, versus a 2 points bar. If you get the right one, they taste similar. Also, if you are able, attend the meetings. They are only once a week so it's not like it's an everyday thing. I have learned between the leader and the other members it is SO helpful. It's kind of like this board, but you can see the people lol. Again I wish you the best of luck and the first step, joining WW, is the hardest one because you have to admit you have a problem. After that it's (mostly) downhill. Expect to hit plateus, but don't quit. Just remember what got me thru my first year, This too shall pass. If you ever want to talk feel free to e-mail me any time!
