Good Morning everyone!

Oof! I finally have a half an hour to myself.

Yesterday was my husband's birthday (Yep! He was born on that ever-exciting Tax Day! ) and he actually spent it doing taxes! Thankfully it didn't take terribly long, but I think we'll be laughing about that for a while.

He's home today as he took a long weekend for his birthday. Nothing planned, though. Sometimes those are the best days.

It's gorgeous out, so I'm opening the windows to let the fresh spring air in.

Enjoy the new week, everyone!

Yesterday was my weigh in and the scale shows 150 and on Wednesday I was down almost another pound at 146.5! I don't even know how that is possible to gain as I have been so stressed out from the break in I had not eaten hardly at all last week not to mention not sleeping or exercising but I guess if the scale says I gained, I gained.

It's back to work this week and I still have not been sleeping well so this week should be interesting to say the least. I am going to make myself workout this week because it can def. help with the stress of everything.

Lovely I am glad it's beautiful where you are because it is pouring where I am LOL

Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Tonyia, I wouldn't take it too hard... sometimes stress makes that weight want to stick. You'll have a loss next week if you keep at it!

I had a big birthday dinner last night for a friend... it was a bit of a blowout, and although I planned for it, I realized that I am not really used to eating so much anymore, oof! Still feeling bloated today! Oh well, feeling good about jumping right back on plan today. Now that I have to maintain, my wallet depends on it haha.

Tonyia! I know that lack of sleep can effect weight gain as well. Hopefully that exercise will wear you out so you can sleep! Hope it gets better!

Wicked - glad you can get back on track even after a large meal. I think that is the hardest lesson for me to learn on my WL journey.

I am well - baked up some yummy banana chocolate chip muffins last night. They came in at 3 PP each and the whole crew loved them! I was happy tofind a muffin that didn't kill my point intake but also tasted great.

Hope you all have a great day!

Happy Monday to all! Managed a loss (a nice one!) this week despite some unplanned eating so I have zero to complain about in that aspect.

We did get a little bit of the nasty weather going around, thankfully nothing severe. It was a line of quarter size hailed. Thanks to some 80mph winds a few weeks back, our ridge cap was damaged. We got that fixed last Monday and after this weekends hail, it's completely messed up again! Our roofer is trying like heck to get our insurance company to spring for a new roof so he can do it right from the bottom up.

Lovely: I'm jealous of your nice weather! We try to open windows as little as possible because it seems more often than not it's windy and blowing dust. Yuck!

Texscapper: Those muffins sound good! Even at 3pp each, I have a feeling I would have serious issues with my self control not to over indulge!

Well ladies I think everyone is doing an outstanding job this week it looks like.

I am glad to say that the gain I had last week went away this week so I am back at even LOL -- really only 2.0lb in 7 weeks? what is up with that? But I am not ready to give up - I just need to give up the wine even though I plan for it.

Would love for any suggestions to replace it all ideas welcome

XLMuffintop - Once cooled, I froze the muffins in batches of 6 - enough for our family to each have one and one left for a snack. If I don't do that I will see most of them on my hips
This way, I have at least one breakfast a week planned for the entire month!

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend I stayed the same this week, but after two fairly big weeks in a row I'm okay with that. I did go see Titanic 3D on Friday, haha. I was, like, 15 when it originally came out and saw it four or five times in the theater so it was kind of fun going back.

Texscrapper, those muffins sound great! I love banana and chocolate together and freezing like them that way is a fabulous idea.

Morning all!
Well I am feeling good this morning weighed in this am and was down 1.8 but since it is not my official day I will have to see what next Monday brings.

So for a reward today since I am feeling quite good I am going to treat myself to a easy time at the gym -- only do 45 min on the elliptical instead of 60...or maybe not

Kind of random but just saw this - for any folks that like the WW magazine, slickdeals has a front page deal right now for it. $3.99/year (6 issues) with the code 'SLICKDEALS', can order up to 3 years. (http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/7264...BQAAAAAGOkCa0g)

I like to pick them up in the meetings sometimes but haven't lately. This seemed like a good deal so I subscribed for 1 year, -$3.99 out of my paypal balance from selling some too-big clothes on ebay.
