Ok I got on the scale this morning as part of my daily routine and I am pleased to say the scale is showing a loss but.....since it is not my official weigh in day I will have to keep my fingers crossed that it sticks. On a side note I decided to measure myself and according to my tape measure my waist and hips got bigger! WTH?

You know this journey just confuses me

Well we fell of the wagon but at least we have jumped back on! Dh and I have been back on track with our points for the last 3 days and we are hoping we see a change on the scale this friday.

So far this week, it has been a complete OP week...I of course have two more days to go before Saturday morning WI. But it is only two days and I like to look at the small goals...and I can do two days.
Tonight for dinner it is liver and onions, I love them....DH is working so I can have the things that I like and he hates.

Almost done with my first week officially in "maintenance"

I haven't officially weighed in, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose some this week! This is just fine with me, since I am at the high end of my goal range.

I didn't change my points target to be in maintenance mode, but I have been eating all my AP's, WP's (actually blew a lot of those out on a bday celebration over the weekend), and maybe a few over that still once or twice. But I have felt very satisfied, and not obsessive about food!

I am realizing that I forgot about a very important aspect of weight loss- staying ahead of hunger. In the struggle to lose the last few pounds, I just lost sight of this. Now that I'm eating a little more, I have not wanted to overeat from getting too hungry. And the weight is coming off. Funny how that works!!

Bad day eating so far today.. My sister is having surgery and I am the driver, so it got started late and that really did a number on my food planning. I brought some veggies and fruit to much on thinking we would be out of here by noonish. So I ended up eating a Subway veggies sandwithc (that was good) but then I went to trader joe's and got a bag of peanut filled no salt pretzels....ugg ate 2 servings at least

The upside is I brought my 24oz water bottle and on refil number three

I am having probably my best week yet as far as WW & points go I had one heck of a workout the other day too, I am still sore! lol I go again tomorrow. How's everyone else? Anything fun planned for the weekend?

I had a high day yesterday as I treated myself to a gyro. Today I'm under a tad so I hope it all evens out, except for that darn sodium.

mrsdocrocks: Our only plans with young kids is a charity event for a local no kill animal shelter. We just got a rescue dog from a different shelter and our friends are organizing it so we're heading out for a few hours to show support an hang out with the people and mutts.

Nancy: I hope your sister is OK and recovers well after her surgery. Your day doesn't sound too terrible even if it isn't 100% on plan. I'm sure you can bounce back soon.

Well just an update sister is doing great no pain but that was day two of being off plan I showed a bit of a gain over the past two day (1.2) but it is back to routine today and to the gym. I am not too too stresses about it since over all I am still down for the week.

it is promising to be a beautiful weekend here so I need to make some plans to get outside while it is not raining

Hi guys! How y'all? Tomorrow is my WI day! Crossing my fingers and hope I loose some.
Last monday I started the day real good counting and tracking my points. But when dinner came my cousin invited me to eat out for dinner because it was their anniversary. So we went to a chinese restaurant. I was like oh no what to eat. But I ended up eating veggie noodles and it was so good. Next couple of days I did fine and went to the gym and burned some calories!
Today its been good but I ate 1/3 cup of blue bell milk chocolate ice cream but I still have 20+ weekly points (tom is the start of my week). So I hope I see some down trend tom!! Wish me luck!!

WI day was today for me... lost 1.5lbs for a total loss of 71lbs. I got my lip pierced on Thursday which has proved to be the best diet aid ever! It forces me to eat super slow and some things i cant eat at the moment. So ive had to eat lighter stuff... soups, applesauce, jello, mashed potatos lol. Maybe it will help me out again for next week! Also had the last 2 wisdom teeth taken out the week before, so its been weird eating. Getting closer to my 75lb charm wooooohoo!

Wow today is a beautiful sunny day so I am going to take advantage of it and get outside. Hit the gym hard yesterday then came home and did some weight lifting and my legs feel it this morning. yikes! but the scale is starting to move back a tad from the two day gain.

I did slip up and drink some wine last night but I tracked everything and with ap points I still was in good shape.

Are any of you doing any weight training too? I know chele is but I am just curious

Good news! Today I lost 2.4 lbs! Was so happyn with my WI. Wohoo!! I hope next week its like this again (loosing). Because I gained 1.8 on my last WI. Happy happy me!
