Almost done with my first week officially in "maintenance"
I haven't officially weighed in, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose some this week! This is just fine with me, since I am at the high end of my goal range.
I didn't change my points target to be in maintenance mode, but I have been eating all my AP's, WP's (actually blew a lot of those out on a bday celebration over the weekend), and maybe a few over that still once or twice. But I have felt very satisfied, and not obsessive about food!
I am realizing that I forgot about a very important aspect of weight loss- staying ahead of hunger. In the struggle to lose the last few pounds, I just lost sight of this. Now that I'm eating a little more, I have not wanted to overeat from getting too hungry. And the weight is coming off. Funny how that works!!
