If I look at the big picture, it averages out to be about 2lbs a week. But really it varies, one week Ill lose 3, the next 1, then Ill only lose 6oz or so the next, then 2, etc...Im all over the place lol.
the first 40 pounds came off quickly, maybe 1-2 pounds a week. After that, it slowed down considerably... a lot of that was my own doing, because I got busy, and I got lax... some weeks I stayed on plan better than others. But it's no joke when people tell you the last 10-20 pounds are the hardest!!
I hit 20lbs in just over 9 weeks, so it a averages out to a little over two lbs a week. Like others though I had some great weeks with over 4lbs lost and some not so great weeks with a 2lb gain.
