I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.

Also, I posted earlier that I wanted to lose 8 pounds this month.

I am extremely happy to report I was down 4 this first week. Hopefully the other 3 weeks will be great too.

Well I adjusted my starting weight today...up 1lb after bad choices 4 days in a row I am now refocused and feel the higher weight start will motivate me to really work hard to make the scale go the other way.

I just finished this book that talks about your exercise workouts and how to maximize you time in the gym for the best results..you know which combination of exercises, and when and what to eat before and after workouts. I will be curious to see if I notice a difference in my overall body shape over the coming weeks

I'm finally home and added in my weigh in from what I weighed this afternoon after coming home from the gym. It's a bit higher than my ending weight on the Jan/Feb challenge, but this weight is based on a weigh in at 4pm instead of 7am....so I'm pleasantly surprised! Especially considering the amount of times we went out for frozen yogurt this week LOL

I'm annoyed! I did everything right this week and I still only lost 0.2. Just one of those weeks I guess. Hopefully I'll see good results next week.
