Oh! I like all dressings but I was stuck at school and my husband brought me a salad on my break. I didn't get to do the choosing so I had to make it work.
Oh that note, today was another one of my rough days but I managed to not go over my points. In fact, I was one under.
@fatmad: I, too, like this plan. I like being able to be more cautious and conservative with my points to allow reasonable splurges and a glass of wine or two on the weekend.
@tessendicott: I may have to look into that scale. Mine gives me different numbers each time. Not by much but I still have to take an average of the three readings. Very frustrating!
