Morning, everyone Popping in for a quick hello!

Hope the week is going well, and may you all have great Wednesdays!

Angelsgirl - What do you use now to track your Points? If you use eTools Online and track your weight weekly, your Points will automatically readjust to where they need to be. If you use a handheld calculator then you can just retake the test by first pressing down the wrench button. Then hold Enter for 3 seconds. You'll be able to change your info each week that your weight changes and keep an eye on your Points changing if they do.

I didn't lose again this week. I didn't gain either, but I'm a little frustrated. I've been tracking my burn via my bodybugg and correlating the calories and burn, I should have been down both last week and this week. It's so frustrating, I'm not really sure now what I can change.

Just had to hop on and share my NSV of the day.

Today I am wearing a pair of jeans that I have not been able to wear in at least 3 years. I couldn't even fit into the a month ago.

*happy dance*

It makes the frustration I've been feeling this week about my weight loss in general a little less.

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

This week has been fabulous. I'm down another 1.8 (I thought I was only down .8 and had a sad face moment until I remembered I started at 240 not 239 last week.)

I used 23 of my weeklies last week, so I'm shooting for not using any this week as well as making sure I measure every single thing I eat.

Got my tax return back, so I'm going to get a better digital scale and new measuring spoons, because I broke my tablespoon trying to scrape packed brown sugar out of a box for my oatmeal. Oops.

I just got the ww digital scale. I havent needed to use it yet, but it is supposed to give me the points value on the screen for what ever i am weighing, based on how much is on the scale. I thought that would take SO MUCH more of the frustration out of portion sizing. Anyone used theirs yet? do you like it?

I don't have the WW digital scale, but one of the women at my meeting swears by it!!! She likes it for the reason you mentioned....just plopping the things on and fiddling around with the points plus value that way.

I think I May need to invest in a WW scale!! Do you have to enter the type of food though?

Congrats anga on your jeans and tess on your loss!

@moviegirl, just like XLmuffintop posted to me above, a very small loss or maintenance is a victory in itself!

I have the WW digital food scale. I resisted buying a scale at first because I didn't think I'd use it but I use it all of the time.
I don't use the points function but I weigh out everything to make sure I'm getting to proper portion size. I've even found myself getting frustrated if packaging give the portion in ounces only and doesn't list grams - since grams tend to be more accurate.

If you don't have a food scale I highlt recommend one. It doesn't have to be the WW one. But definitely get one. :-)

If the food is saved on the scale you can do it by entering the type of food. But you can just weigh stuff without entering anything too

I think it also has a recipie builder function of some sort.

I really haven't explored everything the scale can do. Maybe I should since I use it so much.

Good morning/afternoon ladies

I have a digital scale and it really is a wonderful tool. When I am cooking and then plating my food I weigh everything to make sure I have the right portion size...using it has been an eye opener.

Well today is the third day using the wendy plan to see if I can break this plateau...this will be a high point day I hope this works I looked at the spreadsheet for the ww challenge and I have since the first of Jan lost and gained the same three pounds..so I really think I need a jolt to get me going again

@Nancylmrn You'll have to let us know if using the Wendie plan helps you break your plateau. I'll need that information if I'm ever successful enough to actually reach a plateau.

Today is another rough day for me food wise. It's busy and hard to make good food choices but I did OK last time, but the limited salad dressing options killed me!

I've done extra good point-wise so far just in case I run in to trouble though.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday.

I'm curious about the Wendie plan as well, please let us know how it works out.

XLMuffnTop - What type of dressings do you like? Maybe we could give you some suggestions to help out.

Just weighed in tonight and didn't stay for the meeting. DOwn 2 pounds, (hurray) then out for supper with friends. Was careful with supper, so I could spend my points, on having a nice bit of cake and a bit of ice cream for my friend's birthday. Was all great. I like this way of eating, enjoying whatever, within reasonable servings. Learning to have my cake, and eat it too!

I have a mechanical scale because I like the bowl on top. If you can't fit something on the small tray on the digital scales, you just throw it in the bowl. I have no complaints.
Speaking of scales, I just bought a digital bathroom scale, it's the glass Health 'O' Meter from Wal-mart ($25) and I absolutely love it. It can track up to 4 different users weights. It's accurate every single time I step on it and it reads the same over and over!
