Hey all!
I decided to wait till tomorrow to do my weekly WI. I was very bad all weekend long (it wasn't that much BAD food, it was just TOO MUCH food and too salty). My body is screaming ''water retentiooooooooooooon''!
With the Super Bowl behind us (which I'm like super happy about, I was saying Giants by 3 and it ended up Giants by 4. Way better than my bf who was calling Patriots by 9 hehe!) I'm planning to eating FREAKIN healthy this week (get ready for that, BF).
I went for my long 10k run yesterday and it went well, I was glad about it. My muscles are probably responsible too for the water retention. The race is in less than 2 weeks (AAAAAH!) and I need to push my training this week, so I can take it easy the week before the race.
My goals for the week :
- run 3 times
- do my abs routine 3 times
- do legs and arms routines 2 times
- make good food choices!
