Ok chickies I am finally home from travel and weighed myself this morning. I was down from last week which is great. I did not expect that but overall only 1.5 down for the month.
So today is offically my get 'back on track' day. I will get to the gym later tonight for a good workout. I missed not being able to log in here daily and chat. But you all were certainly on my mind and kept me from straying to far towards bad food choices.
oh btw....I have to say the 5 days I just spent in and around Honolulu was awesome. I could get used to that weather LOL

I'm only down another pound. Happy for any loss, but it is a little disappointing when you do everything right and only see a small change. I guess I will up my exercise this week and see what happens.

The true celebration is in doing things right, not on the scale.

My highest weight was 331 pounds. I have been there. I also know how long this road is when we have more weight to lose.

"Only 1 pound" is never just only. 1 pound is not small. It is large. It is brilliant. It signifies that the real changes we're making are working.
