Hey!!
Just had my WI today and I'm up 2.3 lbs. Discouraging because I've stayed on plan, even if I haven't exercised as much lately because of new work commitments.
However, this has been a trend with me. I go up like 2-3 lbs one week and the next week I'm down like 4 and 5 lbs. Overall, I do have a loss but it still gets discouraging to see the number go up so much on the scale. I haven't had the best eating habits the last few weeks because of the new workterm, but I have been eating around my number of points. Also, I do have a knee / ankle problems that act up once in a while so I can't walk as much as I would like. I used to love to go swimming but with my new work schedule, it's so hard to get to the pool.
What I'm wondering is there anyone else suffering like this out there? Up one week, then down the next. Is there anything I should pay special attention to? I know I am down like 15 lbs, and that's 15 lbs that I don't have to carry around anymore. I just don't like the yo-yo effect.
